Terms of Service

Karo is a software service that helps you draft, design, and export Instagram carousels. We do not post on your behalf or guarantee any business outcome from the carousels you create.

You are responsible for the email address you sign up with and for keeping your login secure. One person or business per account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Karo.

We can suspend or close an account that abuses the service, violates these terms, or attempts to generate content that is illegal, harassing, or that targets a minor.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Karo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Pricing is shown on karoslides.com/#pricing and may change with at least 30 days notice for existing subscribers.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to the free tier. See our Refunds policy for refund terms.

You keep ownership of the text and images you upload. By using Karo you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to deliver the service to you (rendering slides, exporting files, saving your projects).

You are responsible for having the right to use any photos, brand assets, or copy you upload. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.

Karo uses third-party AI models (currently Anthropic Claude) to draft copy based on your prompt. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, original, or appropriate for your use. Review what Karo produces before you publish it.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or change the product. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers.

Karo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rift Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Karo in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify active users by email before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
