Refund Policy

Effective May 12, 2026

Karo is a monthly or yearly subscription. We want you to like the product. If you do not, here is how we handle that.

Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from your account page (Stripe Customer Portal). After cancelling you keep paid access until the end of your current billing period, then you drop to the free tier. We do not lock you in.

7-day first-charge guarantee

If you are unhappy with Karo within 7 days of your first paid charge, email rift.clb.media@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions, no forms.

After 7 days

We do not refund partial billing periods after the 7-day window. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not bill you again.

If your card was charged in error or there is a billing dispute, email us. We handle clear mistakes case by case.

Annual plans

Annual plans are eligible for the same 7-day first-charge refund. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal anytime and you keep access until the year is up.

Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback, please email us first. Most issues can be resolved faster directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in the account being closed.
